English Language Requirments
Republic of Cyprus Officially States Minimum Study in Cyprus English Language Requirements: (for non-EU / third-country students, Council of Ministers decision 19/07/2023)
According to the official decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cyprus dated 19 July 2023, international students from non-EU countries applying for foundation or undergraduate or postgraduate programs must meet minimum English language requirements.
Students must provide a valid English test such as IELTS(Non UKVI), TOEFL, PTE Academic(Non UKVI), Password Skills Plus, Cambridge English Exams, IGCSE/O-Level English, Michigan ECCE, or Anglia Examinations, with the minimum scores approved by the Cyprus Ministry of Education.
Study in Cyprus Minimum English Language Requirements For Undergraduate and Postgraduate:
For admission to the diploma or bachelor or master programs, students must demonstrate a higher level of English proficiency:

- IELTS: Minimum score of 5.0

- IGCSE: English as second language Minimum grade of D
